1、Abrasion resistance and long life
roller shell is made from UHMW-PE, abrasion resistance 10 times that of HDPE and 7 times that of steel. UHMWPE roller has been subjected to continuous abrasion in very extreme quarrying, coastal and industrial applications.
2、Impact resistance and Impact energy absorbing
UHMWPE has the highest impact strength of any engineering plastics, about 3 times that of nylon,2 times that of PC, 5 times that of ABS, withstands repeated impaction, even at -196 it is tough, together with its superior abrasion and corrosion resistance. UHMW-PE roller has made itself ideally suited for industrial applications in complicate and rough environments,can keep long,stable life in high impact loading areas.
3、Effective sealing system
The primary contact labyrinth seal prevents almost all the dust to get into the bearing house, and no water could leak in(As tested).Combining with advantages of many kinds of plastic to make the whole sealing system cooperate to best. bearing house are made of nylon which has a very low surface energy and are anti-adhesion, so it is repulsive to dust and water. It is quite difficulty for dust,water and oil to get through the narrow channel
