Non-Weding Structure: Changing the way how bearing housing and roller tube connect: Instead of welding, we make the bearing housing bigger, let it be the edge of roller tube, and then connect the steel tube at a 180° angle.
The non-welding structure free us from many problems caused by welding, like:
● Poor Concentricity;
● the bearing housing and roller tube are easy to separate from the welded point and cut the belt - known as the "pizza cutter"(like the photo shows on the right).
Patented Water & Dust Sealing System:
1. Mutipal labyrinth + lip sealing system will prevent any contaminants such as dust, sludge, water etc, perfect for brutal working environment.
2. The sealing parts are quality engineering plastic, which is hard for grease to spread on. It keep the grease from leaking. And the well functioned grease give the bearing a much longer sevice life.
