Designed Roller working life is 80,000hours.
Superior Material:
Roller pipe are made of modified ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMW-PE), an engineering plastic with a molecular weight of approximately 3 to 3,5 million g/mol, noise damping, highly wear resistance, self-lubricating.
Plus, with precise machining, it can significantly lower the TIR rate to 0.1mm or even less, dynamically balance to ISO1940-G16, lower the noise produced by vibration.
Patented Noise Reducing Lip Sealing System:
1. Mutipal lip sealing system will block the noise produced by beaing and prevent any contaminants such as dust, sludge, water etc.
2. Amplitude weakening sleeve around the shaft will lowering the noise that travelling through the shart.
3. Using deep groove ball bearing will produced less noise.
Patented Structure:
FJSRoller patented U shaped ventilating groove pipe structure can let the wind go through the belt and roller, reduce the noise produced by wind force, also can lower the friction between roller and belt.
