Roller pipe are made of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMW-PE), an engineering plastic with a molecular weight of approximately 3 to 3,5 million g/mol, noise damping, highly wear resistance, self-lubricating.
Plus, with precise machining, it can significantly lower the TIR rate to 0.1mm or even less, dynamically balance to ISO1940-G16, lower the noise produced by vibration.
